VISION

Our vision is to cater to athletes and performing art students with a flexible schedule. With the individualized pacing and scheduling, students with complicated schedules can stay on track or ahead of classmates regardless of work schedules, or sport related travel. Our vision is to customize curriculum and the learning environment for each child. To use a different approach to teaching, to accomodate learning styles.

Our mission is to provide more ample opportunities for athletes and the performing arts. We will promote high expectations in sports and academically. In a physically responsible manner, we will commit the resources necessary to establish and maintain:

WHO IS THE ELITE STUDENT-ATHLETE

The student-athletes in Futeca School train in multiple sports. Staffed with experienced educators, Futeca School delivers the curriculum to all athletes to complement the sport-specific training in an environment of 5 students maximum per teacher.

 

HISTORY

Futeca School will start in 2011 with passion and a dream. The vision of a school that would allow dedicated athletes to focus on maximizing their academic and sports achievements as a necessity. This sport institution with excellent on-campus education offers a different educational environment.

The chance to study with class mates with the same goals and vision. Futeca School will continue to have the same goal ­ help people become champions in sports and in life.

 

AN IMPORTANT DECISION

Choosing how to educate your child is one of the most important decisions you will make as a parent. We chose Calvert and Keystone because of their world-renowned curriculum, their reputation for academic excellence, and the exceptional support they provide to every family enrolled.

Calvert develops partnerships with US public schools, private schools, virtual charter schools, and international schools to serve students in the U.S. and more than sixty countries.

 

ADMISSIONS

Applying to Futeca School is an influential step in journey through life. It is a commitment that will require effort, self-discipline and dedication.

Our commitment to each of our students is to provide an unparalleled environment intellectually, athletically and socially. We offer an atmosphere in which passionate student-athletes interact in activities that include energetic training, competition, fun and enlightenment.

Admissions Process. Futeca School looks for student-athletes who have a commitment to athletics, academics and personal growth.

Application Periods. We adapt registration to all student athletes; with the flexibility of working with Calvert and Keystone school. You can start any month of the year ( if admitted, enrollment is limited and subject to space).

 

QUICK FACTS

SAT/AP/ TOEFL PREP

Futeca School SAT/AP/TOEFL prep program teaches student-athletes time-saving solutions, test-taking techniques, insight into the exam′s construction and purpose, and strategies to help maximize scores.

 

ADVANCEMENT

  • If the student finishes a grade before the 11 month.
  • You are able to advance to the next grade immediately or go on vacation.
  • Vacation can not exceed the start of the next school year. According to NCAA regulations, students may not finish a school year in less than 8 months in class curriculum (sessions).

 

By holding student-athletes accountable and not sacrificing academics for athletics, or vice versa, Futeca School is ready to prepare its students for the rigor and challenge of a collegiate environment through its partnership with Calvert and The Keystone School.
